The North Dakota DMR approved permits for two operators, with Phoenix Operating securing two in Williams County and a confidential status released.
The North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources (DMR) approved three new drilling permits in its latest daily activity report. Phoenix Operating LLC was the most active, securing two of the three new approvals.
The approved permits include one for Heberdev Operating and two for Phoenix Operating LLC.
