The North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources (DMR) approved four new drilling permits in its latest daily activity report. All permits were issued to Formentera Operations LLC for wells targeting a confidential field in Burke County.

The approved permits are for the SNEAKY-07-31-PGN S612HF (#43038), S513HF (#43039), S615HF (#43040), and S517HF (#43041). According to the DMR report, all four locations are situated in Burke County, within the Williston Basin's northwestern reaches. The specific field designation for these wells is listed as 'CONFIDENTIAL'.

Formentera Operations' activity highlights continued, targeted development in Burke County. Securing four permits in a single day represents a significant batch of planned activity for one operator in a specific area.

In other administrative updates, a well operated by Kraken Operating LLC had its confidential status expire. The well, Emerson LE 33-28-21 #11H (#42416), is located in Lot 1, Section 4-158N-100W, Williams County, in the Blue Ridge field.
