All three new permits were issued to Hunt Oil Company for a single pad location in Burke County. The permits are for the KANDIYOHI 159-90-4-21H 1, 2, and 3 wells, all located in SE SW Section 33-160N-90W within the Vanville field. Permit renewals filed on Monday involved several major operators, primarily for wells proposed outside of standard spacing units. Hess Bakken Investments II, LLC renewed three permits (BL-ODEGAARD-156-95-2116H-2, -3, and BL-ODEGAARD-LE-156-95-2116H-1) for locations outside of spacing units in Williams County's Beaver Lodge field. Stephens Williston, LLC, doing business as SEG Williston, LLC, renewed a permit for the PRATTSVILLE FEDERAL 15590-0607-4H well, also flagged as a proposed drillback outside of a spacing unit in Mountrail County.

Two permit renewals were filed by Summit Carbon Storage #3, LLC for the confidential KJ HINTZ 1 and 2 wells in Oliver County, according to the report. These are designated as wildcat wells, indicating exploratory activity in a less-developed area.

The DMR report also listed several filings categorized as "additional information," which often denote changes to confidential status or other administrative updates. These included filings from Oasis Petroleum North America LLC in McKenzie County, Phoenix Operating LLC for a five-well group (GAIL ARNOLD 33-28-21 1H through 5H-LL) in Divide County, Whiting Oil and Gas Corporation for two wells in McKenzie County, and Argent Midstream Solutions, LLC for a saltwater disposal well (BONITA SWD #1) in Mountrail County.
