Oil markets are quiet to start the week, with WTI crude trading at $83.40, down 16 cents, and Brent crude at $88.10, down 47 cents. The Bakken differential to WTI stands at -$3.42. Natural gas is also slightly lower at $2.89. There were no changes to the active rig count in North Dakota, which holds steady at 36.
