In Dunn County, a permit was cancelled. Murfin Drilling Company, Inc.'s permit for the CD STEFFAN 1-7H, located in the SE SE of Section 7-141N-97W in the Barta field, is no longer active.

The report included an approval for a saltwater disposal (SWD) well. Formentera Operations, LLC received approval for the OLAV 15-31-163-102 SWD well in Divide County (SW SE 31-163N-102W).
